What You'll Do

Build professional relationships with business owners and decision-makers

Manage client relationships from initial contact through account development
Track goals and business performance using CRM tools
Participate in daily coaching, leadership meetings, and professional development sessions
Collaborate with teammates to achieve individual and team objectives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
0–3 years of professional experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work full-time from our North Dallas office
Previous sales or business development experience is a plus, but not required. Comprehensive training is provided for all qualified candidates.
